No referral is required. You're welcome to book directly for an initial assessment. If you do have a referral from a GP, surgeon or specialist, please bring it along — it helps us tailor your first session.
Your first session is a full assessment — a discussion of your history and goals, followed by movement, strength and range testing relevant to your condition. We'll explain our findings clearly and outline a proposed plan before you leave.
Yes, we can submit claims directly to most major medical aid schemes. Please bring your membership details to your first appointment. Contact us beforehand if you'd like to confirm your specific plan's cover.
Comfortable, flexible clothing that allows access to the affected area — shorts for hip or knee issues, for example. Bring any relevant scans, reports, or referral letters if you have them.
It depends entirely on the condition and your goals — we'll give you a realistic estimate after your assessment, and adjust it as your recovery progresses. We never lock clients into fixed packages.
Absolutely. While much of our work involves athletes, the same evidence-based approach applies to anyone dealing with pain, stiffness or reduced function — from desk-based professionals to parents and retirees.
You can manage your booking directly through our online booking system, or contact the studio at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
